Returns and Refunds

How It Works
We hope that you and your pooch are happy with our products, but should you wish to return an item please contact us by clicking below: 'get in touch'.

Please return to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item/s.

Please return item/s in the original packaging, untouched and unchewed - it is not ok to 'try before you buy!' Any antlers returned with teeth marks or dog hair will not be issued a refund.

The customer is responsible for the returns fee. If we have made a mistake with your order or a faulty item is received we will foot the bill for returns if we recognise it as a genuine complaint.

Items are quality checked by us and packaged to protect the item/s. In the unfortunate event of your product arriving damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
